Terms of Service
Straightforward commercial terms for schools running FleetShield across their transport department.
Subscription
FleetShield is licensed to the contracting school on an annual subscription covering the agreed number of buses, students and branches. Additional capacity can be added at any point in the term.
Acceptable use
The platform may be used only for operating the school's own transport. Reselling access, extracting bulk personal data or using the service to monitor individuals outside a transport purpose is not permitted.
School responsibilities
The school is responsible for the accuracy of student, crew and vehicle records it uploads, and for obtaining the consents required to share journey information with parents.
Service levels
FleetShield targets 99.9% monthly platform availability, with planned maintenance scheduled outside Indian school transport hours wherever possible.
Data ownership
All school, student and operational data remains the property of the school. On termination, a full export is provided before deletion.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are communicated to school administrators at least 30 days before they take effect.
