The starting point
FleetShield began after a simple observation across dozens of schools: transport was the most safety-critical part of the school day, and the least digitised. Attendance was digital, fees were digital, examinations were digital — the bus was a register and a phone call.
What we learned
Schools did not need another tracking link. They needed the boarding event, the compliance document, the maintenance schedule and the cost of a route to live in the same system, so that one fact could not contradict another.
